Data provided to Briggs Home Clean by the services user is stored with in a protected data base on encrypted device in a secure location. None of this data is passed on to 3rdparties or shared with companies / organisation.
Deletion Individuals Records
Every individual has the right to ask to have their details to be deleted from our system records
Within UK law, if the individual feels this is unfair they can contact the ICO UK on advice as to the decision made was incorrect or not? and if any further action will be necessary.
Loss of Data & Risks
Loss of data can be as simples as an electronic devices malfunction and no longer is able to display the data collected about an individual for the fore mentioned lawful purpose. or incorrect details given during the enquiry stage to provided services.
In this event, the individual parties involved will be informed of this event along with the ICO UK for advice on what action is to be taken.
Stolen Data is when un authorised person unlawfully steals Data from and electronic device or hard paper copy, this can be as simple as a computer hacker stealing / copying system records.
We have updated all electronic security systems with password protected devices along with new hardware to secure the locations of said devices, Electronic devices have location tracking
In the event the personal data is stolen all of the necessary authorities will be contacted along with the individuals involved.
