Over the years we have carried out hundreds of SFA March out and March in Prep-cleans with a very proud 0% inspection fail rate, in the SFA we have cleaned across Lincolnshire, all of our clients have been very happy with the exemplary standards achieved in the service with the add bonus of knowing we also sorted the gardens out and when asked did a pet clean treatment for carpets and provided our clients with a certificate as proof for the accommodation officer doing the march out inspection.  We are very proud to say that we have provided support to local MOD Cleaning subcontractors during the busy summer months With the March out and March in Prep cleans based on our high standards of cleaning.

The way we operate is for you to book a pre-move out inspection with the accommodation officer and ask them to put in writing what it is they want cleaning?
We clean the properties to the standards needed to pass the inspection; you may be asked if you want to use the expensive walk away scheme? But remember you have the right to say “no thank you”,and say to the accommodation officer” please just put in writing what is to be cleaned” so everyone is clear on tasks to be done.

We always ask for a minimum of 5 days from the day the property becomes empty to clean the SFA as deep cleaning takes time for chemicals to work. We are fully insured to hold keys Insurance Policy Number “HU PIB 1719503”. Remember if empty we clean the Wheelie bins and outbuildings during your march out clean
